ABOUT US

Jennifer Stock is a writer based in New Haven, CT. Her essays have appeared in The Yale ReviewThe Normal School, the Iowa Review, the New England Review, the Georgia Review and others. Her essays have been listed as Notable Essays in the Best American Essays 2019, 2021, and 2023. Before turning to writing, she spent a decade creating installations and compositions which were presented at a variety of venues and galleries, including Merkin Concert Hall (NY), the Roulette concert series (Brooklyn), Joe's Pub (NY), NYC's River to River Festival, and the Brattleboro Museum and Art Center (VT). She holds a B.A. in Music and English from Yale and Ph.D. in Music Composition from the CUNY Graduate Center. She is a Lecturer in Writing at Yale. 

Sarah Nelson Wright is a Brooklyn-based artist and educator from the San Francisco Bay Area. She creates interdisciplinary media projects about the urban experience that explore the changing city and investigate avenues for intervention. Her work encompasses video, installation, interactive sculpture and public art.  Her work has been exhibited internationally in galleries and festivals, including the Museum of Contemporary African Diasporan Arts (New York), Mostra de Artes (Sao Paulo, Brazil), ACVic Center for Contemporary Arts (Vic, Spain), UnionDocs (NY), Conflux Festival (NY), Dumbo Arts Festival (NY) and Proteus Gowanus (NY).  She is an Assistant Professor of Digital Media at Marymount Manhattan College.
